Door de verwarming is het voor de eerste keer ook mogelijk om met het lage druk procedé zeer hoogvisceuze materialen te spuiten, die tot nu toe alleen op de gangbare manier door verdunnen verwerkt konden worden. Breid ook u uw mogelijkheden uit met FC 6500 TS en spuit gewoon hoogvisceuze materialen met extra hoge snelheden en perfect resultaat, of het nu lakken op water- of op oplosmiddelbasis zijn.

ViscoTec spuittip voor hoogviskeuze materialen

Het TemSpray opzetstuk met geïntegreerd roersysteem, teflon beker en Visco-Tec tip, die bij FC 6500 TS standaard is inbegrepen, zorgt ervoor dat ook hoogvisceuze materialen altijd de juiste consistentie hebben. Verwarm de beker direct bij het apparaat op 30°C of 50°C en werk bij een constante materiaaltemperatuur onafhankelijk van de buitentemperatuur.
